General Terms of Business

• The individual details of the tour (e.g. time, service, fee)
  are accepted with the confirmation of the contract.
• Payment has to be made before the tour starts either
  per bank transfer or in cash on the spot.
• The guide fee does not include entrance and licence fees.
  They have to be paid on the spot by the client.
• The cancellation of the contract has to be done in writing.
  The date of receipt is definitive. A written confirmation will be send.
• The tour guide has to wait 30 minutes for the group. If the
  group informs the guide about the delay the guide will wait for
  60 minutes. If the group does not come the full fee will be charged.

The following cancellation fees will be charged:

• between 13 an 8 days before the tour date: 25% of the total fee
• 7 and 6 days before the tour date: 50% of the total fee
• between 5 days and 1 day before the tour date: 80 % of the total fee
• on the day of the tour: 100% of the total fee.
